Rants
As those who know me from Usenet can testify, I tend to get quite worked up about the most unnecessary things, and spend way too much writing detailed expositions of my views. And depressingly often, a month later some new provocateur comes along and presses the same button, and I feel like delivering the same rant all over again, even though it's clearly not working.
So, in an effort to make myself feel better and save wear and tear on my keyboard, I decided to start enshrining my more strongly held views here. So all I have to do now to feel suitably purged is to quote a URL.
